Jacque with the support of Lauren took charge of the situation and arranged to have them fixed.

We found a pair of shoes each that we liked and took advantage of your buy 1 get the second half price offer. Later at home I realized that while my pair was labled both the same size they were indeed very diferent sizes. So I rang my sister and drove to her house to pick up the recipt. I approached the staff member that served me earlier and told her of my problem. She studied the pair before another shopper commented that from even where she was helping her daughter on the chair she could clearly see they were two different sizes. I asked if she had another pair and was told that they were her last pair. I then asked if I could try maybe the smaller size on hoping that perhaps the smaller size would be ok, but they were too snug. I then asked if perhaps another store nearby may have a pair. She located that Morayfield did have a pair but that she couldn’t get them transfered to her store. I then reluctantly asked for a refund only to be told that while a couple hours earlier I gave her $92.46 she would only give me a refund of $73:00. So I rang my sister who then came out of her way to return her shoes so we could both get our $92.46 back. At no stage was an apology given and I feel myself and my sister were inconvenienced greatly due to a problem due to no fault of our own. After being a loyal Williams shopper for many years I am reluctant to ever step in one of your stores again.
