I purchase a Maxim wall fan on the 28th September last year with a 12 month warranty on eBay ( eBay name toppesstore213 ) the money was taken out of my PayPal account & paid into your account ( Topbuy .com.au $49.95 ) the remote is no longer working, as it is high up on the wall my wife who is disabled cannot turn it on, I have now sent 4 messages on eBay with no response all I want is a new remote, Regards David marks.

  5. I purchased these items and you advised they were despatched on the 18 April.
    The email I received gave me tracking information to follow up.
    I have just now looked up that tracking information as it has been more than 2 weeks since my purchase was despatched.
    The courier (Fastway) website tells me my purchase was despatched from Sydney, however, it also tells me my purchase has been delayed with no reason or estimate of when my purchase will be delivered.
    As my purchase was despatched from Sydney, Australia and I live in Perth, Australia and it is some distance from Sydney there can be some delay in receiving my purchase. In light of the distance between the despatch point and the delivery point, I believe more than 2 weeks for the delivery to reach me, as well as the fact the courier company cannot give me any idea of where my purchase is and when I will receive it is very poor service.
    Please find out where my purchase is or send my purchase again with a courier other than Fastway.
