I have been charged for Ed Sheeran tickets Order no 49012. I was sent an email saying that I was unable to purchase two sets of tickets on same credit card so therefore they were taken off me. The money has however not been reimbursed and it is impossible to speak with anyone! Please have someone contact me ASAP regarding this – it is stealing!

I am very very upset as vanilla ice was my reason why I was going to the concert as it was a birthday present from my husband who know how much I am a big fan……. new to Perth I sold 2 of my ticket coz my friend couldn’t make it in the day and now going on my own ….so now I’m even more upset…. my fri me has now arrived yesterday to comfort me …. anyway I am disappointed as I paid these ticket in advance …I can believe your only going to give me back $30 for a no show ….. I don’t go to concerts and this was my one life opportunity to go and experience something I have been waiting for

I tried to get ed Sheeran tickets today from ticketek. It opened at 1pm at 1.05pn the search for tickets began. It said searching for tickets sit tight. It is now 9.45 pm and it’s still searching. I believe all tickets for the Melbourne concerts are sold out. I’m very disappointed as I would have tried again but it has only said searching no offer of tickets or even a message saying no tickets available. Do I just close it off as I assume I’ve missed out
