  1. I am a subscriber to The Age DIGITAL.
I have not been able to get The Age on my laptop for 5 days.
    When will this be rectified?
What compensation are you going to provide me?
    Regards
    John Cannon

  2. My subscription is not working due to your system which is appallingly difficult . Have tried to fix it twice. My number is 764264
    Reply please.

  3. Poor precious princess afl reporter. remember “he who is without sin…..”. If you were a bloke you would have laughed, but no, we have to continue on the Male/Female contest that does no one any good, it just causes bullshit headlines. If the AFL thinks that Eddies comments might lead to violence to females then get rid of the womens AFL because they are going to get bashed on the field, or is that ok because they are all females? Political correctness gone mad!!

  4. Excellent post. I used to be checking constantly this weblog and
I am inspired! Very helpful information specially the last part :
) I cre for such information a lot. I usxed to be lookin for this particular info for a very long time.
    Thanks and good luck.

  5. Your iPad app is non functioning and undeletable. I have had no access for 2 weeks despite ongoing direct debit.
I have emailed the iPad support email with no answe.
I no longer want it. Help me delete this clunky crap so I ca find someone who will deliver digital news
    VETY UNSATISFIED

  6. I am a print subscriber to the age which appears to have a death wish.
Business day used to have a full complete asx list each day with all stocks, yields etc. This changed to a complete listing second daily, but always a complete listing on Saturdays. But no more which is a nuisance for many as we do not wish to keep swapping between websites and using data when the info SHOULD just be there in our daily copy of THE AGE.

  7. Our family subscribes to the digital copy of The Age, why can’t we have the sudoku and today can’t even get the crosswords??

  8. I’m gone to tell my little brother, that he should
also visit this website on regular basis to obtain updated from most recent gossip.

  9. The digital IPad site is agonisingly slow and often unusable.
This seems to be a relatively new problem. What have you done??
I hope it’s only temporary because otherwise my subscription will cease.

  10. I am a subscriber who had a delivery problem on Saturday and Sunday.

On Saturday I went to your online support centre, followed the “Didn’t get my paper” selection, filled in every field CORRECTLY and went to the next choices of SUBMIT A REQUEST or Contact our Customer Care Centre. I selected the first and was returned to the blank form to fill out. I repeated this and then made the second choice with the same result.

I repeated this on Sunday with the same result. You have a failed support system.

I then chose to call 136666 the telephone speech route. At least someone answered and said I would get a credit. Is this for the amount it cost me to purchase a paper from the newsagent of $3.80 on Saturday?

  11. Could the Age have been more biased about Milo Yiannopoulos? He’s not ultraRight. He’s a conservative, flamboyant gay entertainer. I was there and I heard nothing offensive. The “clash” between the Right and Left was a joke too. A handful of the Right and hundreds of screaming, abusive ANTIFA professional agitators intent on harassing us as we tried to enter the venue.

  12. I am totally bored with the column of Monica Dux. The last 3 weeks: her pet & a trip to the vet plus a dig at vet fees, upset about display of male anatomy by lycra-clad cyclists, her difficult journey to the cinema carpark. Expand your diary into a column if you want to, Monica. Then burn it and write something a bit more interesting and important to your readers. Otherwise you don’t deserve your own column.

  13. I am a long time Age delivery subscriber and have not had a copy of Domain in my Saturday paper for quite a few weeks. The distributor tells me they are no longer included in the paper but I know that isn’t correct because I know others who still receive it. I know I can read it online but I don’t want to, I loved reading those glossy pages with my Saturday breakfast.

Did someone decide that we in the western suburbs aren’t deserving of the magazine? Did someone decide that people in Williamstown can’t read? Did someone decide that we still should pay the same for our Saturday paper with part of it missing? If that is the case the only thing I can do in protest is cancel my subscription.

  14. Lack of proof reading – P. 4 16/01/19 – tennis article – repeating “Showing a sense of occasion etc.” after sentence beginning “Relations between Hewitt and Thompson” makes no sense.
Page 40 and 41 – articles on Sam Stosur and Daria Gavrilova are both incomplete.- again who is checking the newspaper articles!!

  15. Why has there been no further coverage of the excellent results obtained by Australian rowers at the world championships in Poland last weekend.
