Complaint ,,, I was amazed at the Service given to a 87 year old Lady,,
at Wentworthville Branch 2145 , the Lady walked in only one person waiting to be served, then a staff member came up to her, saying may I help you, what would you like to do,, Lady answered I would like to get some money out,then staff member said follow me ,, and lead the lady out of the Bank to the ATM on the main road ,, yes luckily the lady was able to remember her pin , she was very upset having to do this , worried that people would see her withdrawal, , How dare St George do this to a very senior person ,,,,,, Shame on St George Have advised her to change banks disgusted with StGeorge Bank

I must draw your attention to the dreadful service at your Hustville Branch.
I am disabled, use a walker, and not once has one of your ‘pen holding’ floor walkers offered me a seat, even if the queue has ten or more customers waiting. You can’t compain about the service when there isn’t any.
I asked a teller if two of the staff, perhaps from upstairs, could witness my signature on my Will – was tol NO. Some years ago I worked in the Commonwealth Bank and must hae witnessed signatures on many dozens of Wills – where has old fashioned service gone?
