I purchased 2 vouchers on the 1st August ’16 Scoopon Numbers 690777050BSW (Bar Code DXB 131) & 69077040CMN (Bar Code JQU191)
and I am requesting a REFUND on the basis that
First, I had to make more than 4 telephones calls to speak to the appropriate person, when l finally was able to speak to someone, advising them how frustrating it was in trying to contact them I was able to schedule 2 appointments both for Saturday 17th September 2016 at 4.00pm and 4.30pm respectively.
Secondly, on 17th upon arriving for our appointments the door was locked, l then called the number that was displayed on the window with no luck. l then called the mobile number that l had been given when l originally made the apointment with Anita and l told her that we were outside for our 4.00 & 4.30 appointments and the door was locked. Anita said that she would call the girls and call me straight back. When she called me back she told me the appointments were in the book for next week (24th). I told her it was definitely for 17th as we were not available for 24th. She then said she would call me on Monday to discuss this further. It’s now 4.00pm and l have not heard from anyone from Rejuvenate Laser & Skin Clinic. Due to their unprofessional approach l request that you arrange a refund to me directly into my account BSB: 083 449 Account #60 565 7646 as I do not want a credit of $258.00 sitting in my Paypal Account.

Somehow there has been two rooms booked for the same dates in Bali and we have been charged for two. The money was taken out of our account on the 18/8/2017. The scoopon number 69007350ECW, would you please rectify this and refund our payment. The date we are arriving 10th January 2017 and leaving 17th January 2017.

I have been trying very hard to unsubscribe from Scoopon for the last week.
When I get chat room, my iPad will not let me to respond. I have gone through all your options.
All I want to do is UNSUBCRIBE. I have already put remove on all categories . Emails keep coming.
I will resubscribe at another time. Could you please UNSUBSCRIBE me.
