I would like to advise that you do not put incompetent ppl in the hiring department.
I will explain.
My daughter 15 applies for a position at red rooster at mt Pritchard location. At 9.00 pm on Wednesday the 28 of March 2018.
An incompetent male calls my phone asking if Iam Mona I answered yes three times to the same question and then he hangs up on me. Then I googled the number and found out it is red rooster my Pritchard as he didn’t introduce himself and I called back the number he answeres and says ohh he called the wrong number I said no you called the right number Iam Mona he again hangs up on me. I called him finale time and he says ohh I wanted to speak to maya I told him Iam her mother and it it is about the position she applied for and he goes ohh that’s ok I was gonna speak to her about a job opportunity but all good I found someone else.. and hangs up on me again!!! Now to me as a parent and a customer of red rooster my Pritchard for many many years I found that so disappointing and so rude and disrespectful and completely incompetent!!! Just need to let you know this if this ever gets to the higher end of red rooster!!! Once again please do not put incompetent ppl in charge of the hiring it is so unfair what this disgusting person did and so in professional If I had this person at my company and he was a worker or manager I would think about letting him go.

Went into Gosnells yesterday 16/4 lunch total rip off loaded chips & chicken with gravy for $5.00 The box was half full two mouth full of chicken never go back photo of rip off to frends

I am also a MAJOR cooked chicken lover and believe that I could increase your Sales quite considerably by simply making a much nicer dark tasty gravy
Your chicken is sensational BUT your gravy is tasteless and needs fixing
I hope you don’t mind but just try it in a couple of different shops and watch your Sales increase

on Wednesday the 29th april I decided to reluctantly buy fast food and visited your marsden store in queensland I bought a hangry chicken deal $20 and I have to say it was one of the worst pre cooked chickens I have had ,the only good part of that deal was the chips and the peas ,the chicken was terrible with a funny taste like oven cleaner or some type of cleaner the gravy was even worse not like it used to be, I was very disappointed and didn’t eat it probably wont frequent red rooster in the foreseeable future
