Dear RM William’s Person
I am still in shock after two days of attending the store at Indooroopilly Qld, on Sunday 19th May, the service was may I say absolutely shocking, you had two staff members, one serving a customer and his daughter and nothing from the other male searching computer or site, I am not sure if he was actually searching another store or what, there was not one, “good morning” or “We/I will be with you in a moment” I was totally ignored, I waited for about five minutes and gave up, this is just not the Australian Way may I say, absolutely disgusting service, and yet the previous week I attended your store at Garden City such a difference with the staff, both could not help me more than I could of expected, however if I am going to be treated like this from a store that is closer to my residence, why should I buy the product when I get treated as I did on Sunday, just a horrible experience that I thought I would never get from RM.
