I would like to complain to counter staff in Priceline Bondi Junction on Thursday (15/01/2018) evening.
She is very rude and get angry to customers.
i am appalled at the customer service from your chemist at upper coomera . i went to see my dr to make sure my script were up to date as i was in pain with was thought to be kidney stones.to refil a script that i have had, the dr told me they are 12 months and i wqas ok, so i went ot the chemist to fill one as i had 2 and she said it was out of date so i handed her the second one telling her that the dr said they were good. she then gave that one bak to me ans stated THESE ARE ^ MONTHS AND ARE NOT GOOD GO BACK TO YOUR DR AND GET A NEW ONE. mind you i was in lots of pain she insisted on me walking back to the drs and waiting for a new script instead of calling the drs office across the car park explaining this script for this drug is only 6 months and could they fax one over. nope told me i had to go over and get new ones i get it if i didn’t have the scripts in my hand to confirm what i needed.she was abrupt and rude and just walked away leaving me standing there to go walk over to get it.this is not customer service at a chemist. all it took was a smile and to tell me she will be right back and will call them to get a nw one.
this is strange, after searching online at chemist warehouse for a product I wasn’t able to go to Priceline website due to a security issue, blocked apparently. I tried 2 computers and my smartphone, same thing. But when I used the hotspot and my phone to use the internet, no problem, different IP address.
Seems competitors have now advanced software to block certain searches.
And, not easy to get in touch via email with Priceline, I guess they would like to know.
What a sexist company great to see they donate money to womens health threw there sisterhood foundation
How ever what do they do for mens health ?
It seems only womens health is there concern
I think mens health is equally important
In closeing as a cancer patient u find it discusting that a chemist could be so sexest and will take my business to a chemist who believes mans health is just as important as womens health
