My name is Juliet, I ordered a 14k gold wedding ring from Ozsale and when I waited for over 1month for delivery, I contacted them and they said they delivered it, at a safe place. I have combed my entire house n premises and can’t find it and I have tried calling them and sending them messages but no reply or return. I had to buy a cheap wedding ring for the wedding and I will sure take this issue very far legally if I don’t get the ring. Most of the time ozsale just drops my items in a so called safe place without asking my consent if I would want that. I am so disappointed. That’s why they re no popular because they are not reliable. Send me my hubby’s ring and all the items I ordered asap or I will take it up with you since u want to make ur customers liars.

Do not ever purchase from ozsale,
I received my parcel today and my hoods were damaged! When I sent a return eith detail everything about my goods that they were damaged the declined my return! So they were nice enough to take my money but won’t even consider replacing or even a voucher! How dare they decline my return when I have received damaged goods I won’t even be able to wear?
Never ever ever will I purchase from OZSALE be very careful doing business with this company

i purchased 3 ladies watches on 23/1/17 they have not arrived i need them on sunday coming they are for birthday gifts. if they dont arrive i will need to cancel the orders and purchase other gifts i have tried to get tracking numbers which i have not been able to get where are they. thanks valerie murphy

I’m writing to you as my card was stolen by some one I no nd a lot of charges have come out from use taking money out for things I never got Iv been on holiday I come back to find my bank card gone and my money as I no who it was who took it and have seen there ozsale account and seen for months Iv been paying for stuff I’m not buying Joanne Harris is the person who took it nd I am taking legal action if I’m not refunded the money I will b laying chargers on her so if someone could get back to me asap
