cannot get a response from their customer service centre. was told a refund had been issued early January haven’t received it and cannot get a reply from oo.

Don’t bother trying with this mob, I bought a mistral fan for $100 and it broke not long after the warranty period. Not fit for purpose not lasting more than one season but they don’t want to know. Wake up oo you are breaking australian consumer law, don’t you care that you are selling obviously defective goods?
