Please review your customer service and improve the overall customer experience. Not good enough to receive one email regarding delayed postage- for an item that is now two months past initial estimated delivery, with no items to be delivered.
I had requested a refund however was told it was not possible, even-though returns are outlined on the invoice.
I would appreciate someone contacting me regarding this before taking matters further.

Bought a garment a few weeks ago did,nt wear till last week 4/4/2019
After wearing washed a a delicate wash cycle 15 mins .when I shook the garment out the hem was literally shredded. Too the garment back and was told to come back nex t week when the manager was in as assistant did have the authority to deal with the problem fair enough . I took the garment back to the shop Morley in Wa the manger said it was old stock and could,trace on the computer I paid cash as per normal and unfortunately binned the receipt .Manager said well what do you want me to do about it (was,nt impressed) I said I would either like a credit or some form of compensation to whichbthevreply was well go on the website or ring there customer service no luck there s

I have always loved NONI B & have a lot of your garments. HOWEVER!— now that i am that bit older, i can ONLY NOW wear pieces of (breathable) fabrics during hot weather…viz cotton & linen.
i simply CANNOT understand WHY..in AUSTRALIA of all places…that Noni B pieces are STILL in synthetics.
Sorry folks! Now have to shop elsewhere! And your website doesnt work either!!
