Your cavil ave store has pigeons flying around inside the store, the rubbish bins are over flowing, and staff have no idea how to work the register. I suggest you do something about it before the health department shut you down. I was disgusted.
Went for dinner at leongatha.. waited 20 mins for horrible meal which was burnt.. staff had no hair nets and we’re standing around scratching their bums.. hair going into product is off and so is oil dripping fries .. I will never enter another McDonald’s nor will my grandkids… apology offered a little too late .. perhaps health inspector will visit to see for himself .. one extremely unsatisfied customer
Need to know if one of the ingredients in your soft serve ice is LARD (pig’s fat). Appreciate your response to my email address, so I can show it to others . Thank you.
Hi, me and my partner bought 2 quarter pounder meals and a happy meal for our daughter when we received it our chips were half full and cold no sauce on the burgers one of the buns looked like it was half eaten our drinks were basically ice I’m absolutely angry as staff didn’t care one bit at all and refused to fix the problem I’m not happy at all
I visited kotara westfield branch last wed lunchtime. The chicken wrap was not good. Contents ok, lettuce soggy but the wrap was cold uncooked and raw. I will not be buying again as it was over $8 which is a lot for a pensioner.
My daughter and I went to place our order at the drive thru at your store in Broadmeadows (Victoria) on Sunday. We were told the current $4.00 promotion (small chips, small coke, cheeseburger and sundae) was no longer available. We get home and lo and behold the commercial for the offer comes on tv and promotion is still available!
I would like to complain about the staff at your devonport store tasmania. I was hungry after travelling from melb over night from melb on the spirit of tasmania, decided to call in for a coffee and a look at the menu. I noticed hot cross buns were available as its easter, we had to repeat our order 3x a flat white coffee and a hot cross bun with butter please…we drove to next window. I was told then that they only had chocolate buns left, i am diabetic and cant have them. I asked her why she had not told me back at the time of ordering, as i was going to say i would have ordered something else, she cut me off and said i didnt know, i put my head in my hands and said im hungry, i expected to have the opportunity to order something else. She shut her window! I have never been so upset. We drove on to pick up my coffee and this girl didnt want to know either, she said ” enjoy your day”! Well i got extremely upset and said im never coming back here ever and she shut her window too…why was it so hard to order food on this occasion? And i will never get over that rudeness. I was not rude and didnt deserve a closed window. By the way there were 4 cars in front of us and none behind, so its not like they were run off their feet.
Ordered a gourmet dine in burger in Northam store. Recieved in a bag. Manager said after I asked why. “Its ok” Well Im telling you maccas. Its not ok
Good Afternooon, we travel the Bruce hwy regularly, last weekend we ordered two coffee’s to take away, we headed back on the road and went to have our coffees and they were only just warm, not warm enough to drink. Then on Sunday we stopped again forgetting to tell them about the previous week only to be back in the car and once again my coffee was colder than my husbands and We could not drink them. We were going to work so not only did I not have a coffee it was also a waste of money. I tried ringing the store numerous times yesterday( Sunday) only to have no one answer the phone. Today I have also tried numerous times to get a busy signal all day .we buy coffee there regularly and has been fine, it is just the last two weeks.Regards Sharon. McDonald’s Coochin Creek
Like many before me, I could not find an Australian email address as I wanted to complain about the present Monopoly Promotion which does not appear to accept Codes from an INSTANT WIN sticker.
As is usual for me and my family we attend the local Dawn service held at the Goodna Qld Memorial. As a grandson, nephew and son of People who have served this country, this day is special to my family. The usual thing for us is to patronise the Goodna McDonalds doe breakfast as we have done for many years. This year would have be the worst experience we have had. We entered the store around 0515hrs and I ordered over the counter, after a long wait, and my daughters ordered via the electronic machine on premises. my number was 191 and my daughters was 192, so fairly close. The waiting time for my meal was 45 minutes which was for 2x Egg and Bacon McMuffins, with 2 hash browns and 2 cappuccinos, with a bill of $22.60. This is what I normally order on this day and the staff put it though as two meal deals, which did not happen. Probably due to the fact they only has 3-4 staff and they could not handle the customers. Bad management, as usually this store gets hit the same every Anzac day.My daughters order took 58 minutes by which time she told them to cancel the order and asked for her money back to which the Manager grunted some remark and handed her a credit. My daughter went to Redbank store and it took 3 minutes. As a Vietnam Veteran I was appalled by the lack of care and respect for the customers with many walking out the door. I feel that many people will think carefully about who they support next year and also through the rest of the year, as Hungry Jacks is not even 100 metres away. I tried to write through your normal site email but every time I entered the date it would not accept it.

P.S. I hope that this does not just get thrown in the trash file without any consequences.
I have a complaint about the Endeavour Hills Victoria Australia store. Since being taken over apparently by new people they no longer get the daily Herald Sun paper for people to read while eating or dining in their store. I have been a customer since they opened and have dined in there almost daily but no more until they get the daily newspapers back again. I have noticed the patronage has dropped off since they stopped getting the papers. Every other McDonalds store that I have been to have the papers every day and until they get them back I will not be going there ever again.
