Today I purchased a top and a pair of pants at Katies Moonee Ponds, Victoria for $59.90. I was asked if I had a Katies Card, answered no. Was asked if I wanted one. Answered no, I’m an infrequent shopper. I now have a receipt with a $5 reward voucher, canceled, however, and a Mrs Joanne Karanikos has received 60 points from my purchase. The sales person was Operator 017741 DEBBIE. This ‘dishonest’ behavior can only mean higher prices at Katies when credit points are being allocated to people who did not make a transaction, and I’m quite annoyed and would like a response.
