To Whom It May Concern
Shocked and disappointed by the rude and unhelpful assistance from the store manager at the Sydney Kent st. store.He was rolling his eyes at me for no apparent reason. All I wanted was to pick up my jacket and go home. Just to quickly explain what happened
Firstly I went to Kathmandu store at Pitt St, found a nice jacket but not in my size.
The staff were amazing and very helpful, they called Kathmandu Kent st and they told me they got right size over there.(No one asked for my name or any other information)
Then minutes later I went to the Kent store and had a misfortune to meet the most arrogant person (store manager) ever. He insisted on my personal information (name) I explained to him who I was and that I was previously at Pitt st store.Instead of acting like a professional and confirming it with the Kathmandu store Pitt st, he started asking for my name 10 times, rolled his eyes and made a fun of me in front of other customers. Good God that person was arrogant and rude. I left without buying it.
What the hell happened with the customers service?????????????????
Won’t be shopping at Kathmandu again !
