I am legally blind. Have traveled with Jetstar on many occasions. I am experiencing extreme difficulty buying my next ticket Perth- Singapore return. dep May 2 ret May 18. Why do you make it so hard? I now call you Jeststar! And i have given up. Looks like i will have to try SCOOT!

Hi,
Since I found a difference on the calculations of the total price of my flight tickets purchase that you emailed in the Flight Itinerary on 12 Nov 2016 in which you charge me the total price of AUD $682.16, please give me the details of the use of each of those prices. How do you get the $ 682.16 figure?
On the other hand, according to my calculations the total price should be only AUD $556,12 (Cost carrier AUD $509.40 and Mediation fee AUD $47.08), not AUD 682.16.
