I’m trying to find a replacement band for a Garmin vivofit Jnr – a gift for my grandson – the band is too tight, the research I have done says I can replace it with a vivofit 3 band. Where are they available?

I purchased a downloadable map as its meant to be an instant DOWNLOAD, 3 days later I am still waiting to be able to download it!! Just says processing….. No reply to email,twitter or messenger…..WHAT A CRAP COMPANY….NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY SOMETHING WITH THE NAME GARMIN ON IT!!!!

I received an email from Garmin about the Epix GPS watch, on special for Father’s Day. The email indicated that was for purchase through the online store, but I can’t find an Australian online store. When I click the “Show Now” link I end up being able to find local dealers, who don’t seem to have this discontinued item. How canInbut this for the excellent price offered by Garmin?

I am trying to to find an email addresss to send photos of a faulty Garmin. This was suggested by one of your employees. All emails that have been sent have come back as ‘undeliverable’.

I have a registered Garmin Nuvi 2597 and this last time I have tried to update it it has not fully updated, but wont stop “updating”.??? It has a message that states “installing 1 item” with no “… ?? minutes remaining”.
What is happening??
Also is it possible to have a different spoken language on this device? I used to have an earlier device (which was stolen from my vehicle) on which I could change the spoken language from English to Chinese (my wife is Chinese), but with this one I cannot seem to do that, why not??
Also on the older device I was able to change a speed-zone by tapping on the “speed-zone indicator” on the screen, and then update or change that speed-zone,, why is this not possible on this device??
