Cannot believe what i am about to say has been said in complaints/feedback for years AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED
WA number is on AEST so we get told closed when you are open.

If that’s your customer focus you just made my mind up and its not dyson

As an owner of several Dyson appliances I was amazed at the complete deterioration of the customer service when I tried to report a fault with my recently purchased V8 Absolute+ hand held vacuum. Hanging on the telephone for an eternity listening to Dyson telling me how brilliant they are!
When you send an email you get a reply saying the email will be answered within 7 days!! I shall not be purchasing any further Dyson items in the future. Very sad that such a previous top rated company seems to have decided that customer service is no longer a priority.

I was given a brand new Dyson Animal hand held vacuum bought from David Jones in Chatswood.It was a Christmas present ,I have used it Three times ,I was away for two weeks,so have really only owned it for six weeks.While vacuuming today the motor fell off,it was connected to the collection bin by a tiny piece of plastic which just broke .Im disgusted as I always wanted a Dyson.I was told they were the best.What Rot.I can’t get through on the phone so what do I do?

Don’t have time or money to sit on phone for 40mins plus, on a 1800 number. I am trying to replace the turbo head of my DC20 as it no longer works and I have a lot of carpet. The fittings on mine are different to the heads various retailers want to sell me and of course don’t fit. I know my machine is one of the older models, but works very well with other attachments. Can you find me a replacement turbo head for my stowaway please?

What ever you do don’t fill in your details for testing the Dyson. It is a scam. They make you give all your details and agree to the terms and conditions then they ask you questions. You answer all these questions not only for Dyson but for other companies such as insurance and Travel etc then after all that they tell you that the testing is not available from your location. However they already have your email and telephone number so everyday since I have been bombarded with emails and telephone calls from all the companies that I answered questions to. I am so angry. My details have been sold and it will be never ending now. I thought that this was a reputable company. What a bloody joke.

I received a text today saying I had been selected to test and keep for free a new Dyson vacuum cleaner. I have tried to contact you to see if this is a legitimate offer. I called and was told the waiting time was 11 mins that was over an hour ago. Could someone plz contact me about this I am willing to test this product.

we purchased a dyson cinetic big ball animal, from domayne gosford,on 06/11/2016.contacted your sydney australia office on28/04/2017. Recently due to necessity we have purchased a fan and a vacuum cleaner from the Dyson stable. They are the best packaged and presented products (I worked in the packaging industry years ago) I have encountered. The simple instructions as to assembly meant I did not have to call my children for assistance. The function of both pieces is brilliant. Well done.
