  1. I am a regular customer at the Springwood NSW store. I usually have a couple of kids in tow and we enjow the pizza. On the last several visits i have asked for a straw to have with the drinks for the kids and keep getting told that they don’t do straws. Today again no straws. Really. Also today our pizza was put on bbq base instead of tomato. This is also not the first time. Please look into customer service and attention to detail at this store. By the way the youg bloke that works there is ok. He seems a little in need of some customer training
    Thanks.

  2. Last week I made a complaint to the Leeton store about the pizzas arriving cold, two weeks prior the chicken was not cooked. When I called (Stephanie) answered the phone and yelled to the manager that there was a whinger on the phone. I told the manager that this was inappropriate for a person who works at the store to say such things very loudly over the phone and have the customer hear what she was saying to the manager. 3 things 1. Customer service lacking and training cannot be provided or the staff are not listening. 2. Food inappropriately being served and given the time frame that food is delivered, it turned up too quickly so it must have been someone elses order and they decided to give it to me. 3. since when do you order a pizza with everything on it and it comes looking like a bacon and something else and when ever are jalapenoes orange???

  3. Hi ,I am deepak I am regular customer for Blacktown store I bought pizza from Blacktown Nsw Australia and I told the guys abt make sure chicken should cooked properly n has good topping on it according to the standard.when reached home I realised that has lots of raw flour ,very poor cheese on it as well as chicken.the. I called the store to share the problem.crew staff has pickup the phone couldn’t understand English.start talking very loud n then ask for manager .she take over understand the problem for promised we will send you another pizza n nothing happened after one hour. We called again ask pizza delivery status and then said we are not sending any pizza to you and then took uncooked cold pizza to the store and hand over to duty manager .still they didn’t nothing and i put my complaint to head office they have organised phone from customer service.they said we will make sure you will get proper treatment from the same store .today i was trying to call on head office number 1800805888 this number not working how furstating company’s Domino’s has large numbers store in the country and they don’t have any support for customer.i will not recommend to any one to buy pizza from Domino’s and i called castle hill store to get any other number or head offfice number they said check on google baba.its not good word used with customer.

  4. Our family been have been dominos pizza fans for over 15 years, and we haven’t ever had any major or rude issues regardless of the many different store locations we have happened to try.

I ordered dominos pizza a few nights back online and delivery would come from Domino’s Ingleburn, NSW store.
    Order placed 7:15pm approx
    ETA : 7:35pm online (estimated)
I called the Ingleburn store at 8:10pm (approx) as pizzas were not delivered, I was advised by a staff member they would be delivered asap and apologised for the delay✅

    8:55pm approx still no pizzas?

When the delivery driver arrived who was at no fault, we called the store manager who very rudely advised

“if you ain’t happy then return the pizzas”

I paid the $38.95 to the delivery driver and we finally had warm pizzas for dinner!

  5. On Saturday morning, 18th March, I logged into my Domino’s account and placed an online delivery order for delivery at 6:45pm. The order consisted of 1 x Hawaiian Edge, 1 x Godfather Edge and 1 x Supreme Edge totalling $46.53 after discount voucher. The ordering process was successful with the web site thanking me for the order and immediately debiting my account.

The order was never delivered. I phoned at 6:50 pm and Domino’s Doubleview mentioned that the order was on its way. At 7:30 pm I phoned again only to be informed that no order was ever received. I spoke to the acting manager inquiring where the pizzas were. He stated that the order was never received so therefore could not be delivered. A photo of the bank transaction was then sent through to the outlet. I received no response. Around 8:45 pm I phoned again and spoke to the acting manager who then stated that nothing could be done as the bank transaction was pending and offered that if I placed another order and pay again the pizzas would be delivered. This seems completely unacceptable as my account had already been debited.

The pizzas were for a gaming night which is regularly hosted in Osborne Park. Because of Domino’s failure to resolve the situation a group of 5 had to survive on a few light nibbles between 6pm and midnight. The acting manager was extremely unprofessional showing little sympathy to the situation and displaying extremely poor public relations skills. He suggested phoning on Sunday to speak to the acting manager for that day.

On Sunday I spoke to the acting manager in Doubleview who said he would look into the matter for me and would get back to me within a couple of hours. I never received a reply.

A feedback form was then submitted on Sunday as well as contacting PublicReview.com.au who kindly supplied me with Domino’s email address [email protected] . The detailed ordeal was supplied both online and via email.

The whole experience has been extremely frustrating; time consuming, poorly managed and an inconvenience to all.

Tuesday and still no replay from Domino’s. This issue needs to be resolved professionally with a refund and possible compensation?

  6. I went to my local Dominos tonight 8/6/2019 Mt Barker South Aust store, I have a disability and need to park in disability park at side of store, (I have a disability parking permit). when I drove in to the carparks at store I followed a Dominos delivery car in, the driver a young male parked in the disability park, jumped out of his car, then ran into store, he was carrying a pizza delivery bag, (must have just delivered pizza), he had no disability parking permit, there is only 1 disability park in this area, and all other parks were full, I then had to park in supermarket car park 450 m away and then make my way to Dominos and then back to my car trying to carry pizzas. NOT GOOG ENOUGH Dominos your workers should not be using the disability park if they do not have a disability permit, if the police saw him there he would have been fined $431, your website says under the heading of ” Social resposability”, at Dominos it is our responsability as a good coroporate citizen to always act with integrity and respect. well one of your workers parking in a disability park without a disability parking permit is not acting with integrity and respect!!!, and your employee parking there makes Dominos look bad, you MUST tell all employees and the managers of all your stores to not park in these spots without a permit
