Why is it that you can’t buy nicotinell large 392 pieces in newcastle haven’t been able to for 6 to 8 weeks but i can get them at your other stores in Sydney central coast and Brisbane even the 96 piece are hard to buy in newcastle and it’s the 2mg in all sizes sick to death of going from shop to shop an find again no stock stopped ringing shops to see if they have them in Stock as they are rude and seem they can’t be bothered with your inquiry regards pam

Rip off. I am a pensioner. I purchase at the chemist warehouse gateway plaza Warrnambool and buy my heart pressure tablets brand name as per doctor at pension rate. Chemist warehouse north Melbourne charges 10.20 for same brand name. What a rip of pensioners. So the other brand at pension price is so less quality. Why Do I buy it in Warrnambool yet cheated in melbourne

I would like to know if it is a practice for you to check customers bags when leaving this branch after paying for my purchases. I felt very insulted that your doorman and Indian looking guy at your Southport Scarborough branch asked me to open my bag to check if I had stolen anything! I felt so discrimated that I don’t think I will ever buy from you again even I can save a few bucks, it made me feel so small in front of other customers, I am very disgusted and to think that I have been buying from you all these years but not from this branch! First time I enter this branch and I was treated like this very discriminatory, others left and were not inspected why me?

I’d like to put in a complaint about the pharmacist at the Hervey Bay airport store,25/8/2016,very rude and would not sell me panadol because I bought some 6days earlier but said there was no law but up to his discretion,not happy will be taking all my business somewhere else from now on.
