11.10.16 I ordered and paid for wine $92.35. No,delivery by 24.10.16 I telephoned your office and again around Wednesday 26th and I was refunded $92.35 and purchased local wine for the gift intended for 28 October. Saturday morning 15.11 this box of wine was left by my front gate next to the rubbish bins (not as normal on my house verandah). ? What do I do now will it be picked up by your in ompetent delivery system.
I must add my previous orders with you have never had these problems.

I too am very disappointed about the delivery of my Xmas order. I phoned Cellsrmasters when I noticed my 2 carton order was late only to be advised I was being impatient. Then on weekend a delivery man arrived at my residence with. 1 carton to advise me that he couldn’t guarantee the carton was unbroken as the other ine was smashed. I did not sign for the carton & the driver left with it. I called Cellsrmasters immediately at 9am & asked for replacement carton only to be told that I would have to wait until information was received from transport company. Late that afternoon Cellsrmasters phoned me that they were finalising me to collect (after I had paid delivery) cartons from Dan Murphys & would phone me again when it was organised. No phone call but I called Cellarmasters AGAIN next day & instructed again to pick up cartons from Dan Murphys. Dan Murphys is nowhere near my address & several BWS are actually in my suburb. As a long time client & company investor I did not PICK UP my 2 carton order, requested a refund & cancelled my account which the customer service person said he was very happy to do. Obviously Cellarmasters are not interested in keeping former happy clients.
