My name is Jade Brazendale and I work for the faculty of law at the University of Tasmania.
Yesterday I percussed two Mobil Phones,
Which both had major problems? Problem one the sim card that comes with the phone is incorrect sim card size for that phone, which I am sure that you know about this problem! If not that is an admission of not knowing what you are selling. Problem 2 the sim card port its self is broken.
Know I went to the store this morning to return them and I was refused, which as you know it is illegal to turn down a refund when the product has a major problem as stated in the ACCC. Please contact me ASAP,
If you do not Utas law faculty will be taking legal action.

I had reason to return a sound bar to BIG W kingsway WA as it stopped working for no reason whilst watching a film, The young lady was quite helpful
as was the young lady in the tv dept- . Then along came MrBrendham
O’conner (manager soft goods ) who took over the situation I explained the
guarantee company did not answer the 5 calls I made so I have returned it to the store (all paper work in order) he was amendment it would have to go back to NSW and it would take 3 weeks but would not change it.
I explained Iam deaf and require the bar to hear my TV he showed no
sympathy just wait 3 weeks. this man had no intention of helping what so
ever. He instructed the young lady to issue paper work and walked away
if this is BIG W’S management I suggest further training be sort.

I recently shopped in your Mt Gambier store. I am quite severely disabled and in a wheelchair. I had several really bad days and when I went I was served by Sue Cooper Button. I don’t believe and I am now 67 yrs, I have ever been cared for and ‘cheered up” by such a truly delightful, efficient team member. Well done to BigW for employing staff of that mein. Thank you and I hope she receives some positive feedback, she works very hard.

I live in WA and the nearest Big W store is at Riverton Stockland.
I am looking to buy the Sunbeam Diamond collection kettle and toaster (blue and white)but can only find the blue toaster. please advise which store has the stocks I want. Much appreciated. Thank you

I am so disgusted at Big W. Advertising Christmas trees in time for Christmas but do not have the guts to call them by that name. You also sell Christmas cards and decoration, are these going to be tagged ‘Happy Holiday’ in the future? This is just political correctness gone mad. IT IS CHRISTMAS!!!!
I for one will be boycotting the store from now on, as will many friends that I know of.

Big W , I am most disappointed in your service. Why would you bother to advertise a 9foot trampoline for 200 dollars (this weeks brochure )when you could not even fill the pre-ordered trampolines for customers , never mind having any left to sell !By the way I was not allowed to pre order one .To me this seems very much like false advertising .

A special thanks to Jacqui who was extremely patient and helpful to my little grandson and me in the toy department today. Jacqui went “above and beyond ” to help us find what we were looking for.
