I am very disappointed with Autograph at this present time!! I live in Lutana (7009) Tasmania and have shopped at the Northgate Store many times. I received many emails recently, from Autograph, so decided to place an order on the 4th April (order no. 6950906), x3 items from Autograp + x1 item from Rockland. Last week, as I had heard absolutely nothing from anyone, & it had been 5 weeks, I tried to track my parcel. It was to be delivered to Parecelpoint, Bowen Road, Moonah 7009, I phoned them, after a lot of checking, a parcel was found at one of their offices in Central Ave, Moonah. I attended this office (thinking there would be x4 items in the parcel) to collect & found I had been sent x1 item (a pair of trousers) from Rockland, nothing from Autograph. I still have heard nothing from your office re this order, I tried to phone your office, after waiting for 15 minutes I was disconnected! I tried again, after 15 minutes I was again disconnected! I am feeling quite upset & stressed, i have paid for these items of clothing, where are they?? On the 2nd May I placed another order with Autograph for x3 items (order no. 7162069), on the 6th May I was sent an email to advise me there would be a delay in the delivery of this order. I am an Aged Care Nurse & my time, especially at present, is very precious, I don’t have time to be waiting on the phone for so long & to be disconnected ‘twice. I am now awaiting your response, which I hope, will be expedient.
