I have a complaint regarding your Melville store, I was in your store on Thursday and I purchased Two copper plant stands, I was told by the salesperson that they are 50percent off, I had to take a phone call so I payed in cash not thinking of the cost , I payed $120.00 , when I got home I looked at my receipt and I was charged $59.95, not $49.95, I called the store on Friday and I explained what occurred, the lady said no they are not fifty percent off, I explained that was what I was told , also the ticket on the stand has $49.95 on it, the retail assistant said that it must be a mistake, I said I’m not happy with that, she said she will speake to the manager, she came back to me and said there is nothing they can do, the price I was charged is correct, I have been. Misinformed and misled with regards to my purchase, yes I should have been more careful when I payed, but my mistake was trusting what I was told. I’m not happy with regards to this, I hope to hear from you soon .
