I have deliveroo in my restaurant since Dec-16.
Since the last 10 months sales have been growing steadily.
In the last 1 month your tablet had some problems.
Since my first report of the tablet problem was on 12th Oct.
Numerous phone calls were made to your technical support team from 12-16 Oct. Hence I decided to contact our account manager Laurie Price who had no idea about my tablet issues till 17 Oct which he acknowledge by email. Technician was sent and he replaced the tablet on Wed 18th Oct.
On 19 Oct evening the tablet stopped charging and I reported to Laurie
Today is 26 Oct at 11am and still the tablet is not replaced.
Many questions arises from this
Will my restaurant get compensated for the 2 weeks the deliveroo tablet not working.
I would have thought that turn around time for any technical fault would be within 24 hrs and not 7 days.
Communications channels within your call centre staff and locally based support staff needs to be improved.
I would highly appreciate if actions are taken to address this problem.
